  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 jar smooth peanut butter

Directions

    Mix mashed potatoes with sugar until firm and can easily be handled.

    Roll out on flat wax paper 1/4-inch thick.

    Spread on peanut butter.

    Roll up into a long roll.

    Refrigerate until well chilled.

    Slice in bite size pieces.
