- Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
- Bulls Eye barbecue sauce
- fresh green onions, chopped
- sliced mushrooms (canned), warmed
- fresh tomato with seeds taken out, chopped fine
Directions

1Cook chicken under broiler or on the grill; don't overcook. Brush a thin layer of barbecue sauce over each side.

2Continue to cook until slightly brown.

3Put enough cheese to cover each piece of chicken, cook until melted.

4Put chicken on plate and top with chopped tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
