  • 4 pieces chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 1 oz. flour
  • 1/2 pt. milk
  • 2 oz. cheese
  • 1 tsp. French mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Season the chicken and place in an ovenproof dish.

    Dot with 2 ounces of the butter and bake in the center of the oven at 400° for 20 minutes.
