  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 x mixed herbs your favourites plus salt and pepper
  • 1 x sesame oil
  • 1 x limes or lemon juice
  • 1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated freshly grated

Directions

    Lots of chicken breasts (whatever will fit in your pan(s) Some of your favorite seasonings I usually use Sesame Oil soy Sauce Garlic paste Lime juice Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350-375.

    Prepare chicken breasts and place in cooking dish.

    Mix together seasonings and lightly brush on chicken.

    Cover chicken with a light coating of parmesan cheese.

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Turn over chicken and re-season and re-cover with parmesan.
  7. 7
    Cook another 15 minutes.
