- 1 pound chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 x mixed herbs your favourites plus salt and pepper
- 1 x sesame oil
- 1 x limes or lemon juice
- 1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated freshly grated
Directions

1Lots of chicken breasts (whatever will fit in your pan(s) Some of your favorite seasonings I usually use Sesame Oil soy Sauce Garlic paste Lime juice Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350-375.

2Prepare chicken breasts and place in cooking dish.

3Mix together seasonings and lightly brush on chicken.

4Cover chicken with a light coating of parmesan cheese.

5Cook for 15 minutes.

6Turn over chicken and re-season and re-cover with parmesan.

7Cook another 15 minutes.
