- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- salad oil (for frying)
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
Directions

1Filet chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.

2Marinate in beaten egg for 2 hours.

3Mix together bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt.

4Roll pieces of chicken in crumb mix.

5Fry in salad oil until lightly browned.

6Melt butter and put in bottom of large 9 x 13-inch casserole.

7Lay chicken on top.

8Cover with sliced mushrooms, then cheese slices.

9Mix bouillon cubes with boiling water.

10Pour over all.

11Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

12Serves 6 to 8.
