  • 1 (4 lb.) hen
  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • saltine crackers, crumbed
  • red pepper

Directions

    Cook hen in small amount of water.

    Debone and cut in small pieces.
  3. 3
    Cook slowly in stock (add water if necessary) with onions.
  4. 4
    Add milk, butter, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper.

    Add crackers until Mull reaches desired consistency.
