- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tomato sauce lrg can
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can ripe olives
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup wine or brandy, optional
- 2 cups rice
- salt to taste
Directions

1Wash and remove fat from chicken.

2Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour.

3Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients except rice.

4Put chicken and sauce in a crockpot on low heat and cook for at least 4 hours to blend flavors.

5Before serving, cook rice according to directions on box.

6Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
