- 2 c. Minute Rice
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 onion
- leg-thigh pieces thawed chicken
Directions

1Pour rice in large deep cooking dish, then sprinkle mushrooms and lengthwise cut onion onto rice.

2Place chicken pieces.

3Season with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper on top of onion, mushrooms and rice.

4Add 3 cups water.

5Cover with tinfoil.

6Cut small slits in foil for steam to escape.

7Cook 40 to 50 minutes at 425° or until chicken is done and water is evaporated.
