Chicken 'N Rice Dinner

- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute white rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. fresh or thawed frozen broccoli flowerets or other vegetables
Directions

1Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add chicken; cover.

3Cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

4Remove chicken from skillet.

5Add water, soup and seasonings; stir.

6Bring to boil.

7Stir in rice and broccoli.

8Top with chicken.

9Cover.

10Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
