- 1 fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. calvados (apple brandy)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute chicken in the butter until half done.

3Place the apples in a casserole dish.

4Top with the chicken pieces.

5Swirl the calvados in the pan and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in oven 25 to 30 minutes.
