- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken and cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Lightly coat chicken strips with flour mixture.

3Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

4Add chicken and cook on both sides until browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.

5Serve with mild salsa, meatless spaghetti sauce or plain yogurt mixed with green onions.
