- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prepare chicken by removing skin and cutting into square nuggets (1 1/2 to 1 3/4-inch).

2Combine crumbs with salt and pepper.

3Dip nuggets in melted butter, roll in seasoned crumbs and place on a foil lined pan.
