  • 1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme or basil
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Cut chicken into one-inch squares.

    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and herbs.

    Dip chicken into margarine and roll in crumb mixture.
