- 1 1/2 lb. boiled and peeled shrimp
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 7 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- yellow rice
Directions

1Brown onions.

2Add bell pepper and mushrooms, season with Worcestershire and Tabasco.

3Simmer for a couple of minutes.

4Then add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.

5Add peeled shrimp and simmer 10 to 15 minutes more.

6Serve over yellow rice.

7Feeds 4 to 6 people.
