- 500g chicken fillet cut into 4x4cm cubes
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
- 7 3/8 tablespoons breadcrumbs crushed
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilisauce

1Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.

2Cut the chicken fillets in 4x4cm cubes.

3Mix the mayonnaise with the chilli sauce in a bowl.

4Cover the chicken cubes with the preparation

5Dip the chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes and coat with the breadcrumbs.

6Place on baking tray and bake the nuggets in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

7Serve with tomatoes and cucumbers as a snack.

8For an even better taste, let the chicken marinade around 2 hours in the mayonnaise preparation
