  • 500g chicken fillet cut into 4x4cm cubes
  • 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 2 cups cornflakes crushed
  • 7 3/8 tablespoons breadcrumbs crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilisauce

    Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.

    Cut the chicken fillets in 4x4cm cubes.

    Mix the mayonnaise with the chilli sauce in a bowl.

    Cover the chicken cubes with the preparation

    Dip the chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes and coat with the breadcrumbs.

    Place on baking tray and bake the nuggets in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

    Serve with tomatoes and cucumbers as a snack.
