- 8 single chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced chilies
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 can green chili salsa
Directions

1Cook chicken in microwave until done.

2Cool and cut in large chunks.

3Cut tortillas in 1-inch squares or strips.

4Mix soups, milk and onion.

5Add salsa.

6Butter large baking dish.

7Add 2 to 3 tablespoons juice from chicken to bottom of dish.

8Place layer of tortillas on bottom, layer chicken, diced chilies on top.

9Spoon sauce mix over top and cheese.

10Repeat layers 2 to 3 times, end with sauce.

11Top with cheese.

12Refrigerate 24 hours or freeze. Bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
