  • 1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream soup (chicken, celery, mushroom)
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 chickens, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. more
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Combine first seven ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix well. Arrange chicken pieces skin side up.

    Drizzle with melted margarine.

    Sprinkle with salt and poultry seasoning.

    Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
