- 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium green or red sweet pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Campbell's flavor Ramen noodle soup
- 1 small onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In skillet, heat oil and add 1/2 chicken and cook until all brown.

2Add onions and peppers.

3Cook until tender-crisp.

4Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.

5Heat to boiling.

6Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
