Chicken Oriental Broccoli

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium green or red sweet pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Campbell's flavor Ramen noodle soup
  • 1 small onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    In skillet, heat oil and add 1/2 chicken and cook until all brown.

    Add onions and peppers.

    Cook until tender-crisp.

    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.

    Heat to boiling.

    Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
