- 12 chicken breasts
- 3 to 4 beaten eggs with a little milk
- Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 8 cubes chicken bouillon
Directions

1Debone chicken breasts.

2Start with big side and pound to 1/4 inch.

3Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.

4Brown chicken in margarine on medium heat.

5When thoroughly browned, cover with water in pot and add bouillon cubes and boil for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Great over rice.

7Sprinkle with fresh lemon.
