  • 1 lb. ground chicken or beef
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • pinch of baking powder
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Chop onion into very small pieces. Then add finely chopped onion, bread crumbs, salt, oil and baking powder to the ground chicken.
