- 3 lb. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can peas
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place chicken in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add peas and mixed vegetables.

3Combine soup and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over chicken.

4Next, combine butter, salt, pepper and flour in a saucepan; heat on medium and then add buttermilk. Stir together well.

5Spoon over top of pie and bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
