- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Dice onion.

2Melt butter in a large frying pan.

3Fry onion in butter until tender.

4Add chicken.

5Brown lightly on all sides. Add salt and pepper.

6Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

7Add soup and milk.

8Make sure soup and milk are blended. Add paprika.

9Cover and cook about 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Serve plain or over hot biscuits.
