  • 1 lb. chicken- any kind
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 fresh tomato diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • oil

Directions

    In oil, soften peppers and onion.

    When soft add paprika, salt and pepper.

    Blend well.

    Add chicken top with water, just covering chicken.

    Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
