- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 fresh tomato diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- oil
Directions

1In oil, soften peppers and onion.

2When soft add paprika, salt and pepper.

4Add chicken top with water, just covering chicken.

5Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
