- 2 (15 oz.) chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- fresh chopped chives
Directions

1Brown chicken in nonstick skillet.

2Drain off fat.

3Toss chicken with 1 teaspoon paprika, then add bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and onion.

4Cover and simmer over low heat for 35 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender.

5Reduce heat and stir in 1 teaspoon paprika, salt, pepper and yogurt.

6Heat well, but do not boil.

7Serve garnished with chives.
