Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled yoghurt (I used full fat)
  • 1 12 cups chilled mango pulp (I used something called Kesar Mango Pulp)
  • 4 12 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 12 teaspoon cardamom powder (can also be substituted with cinnamon powder)

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a blender.

    Blend on medium for 2 mins or until the pulp has completely mixed with the yoghurt.

    Serve in chilled glasses with a light drizzle of cardamom on top.
