- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 cut up fryer
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Heat oil and butter in Dutch oven.

2Add onion and paprika; cook until brown.

3Stir in salt and chicken stock; bring mixture to a boil.

4Add chicken and reduce heat.

5Simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

6Stir together flour and sour cream and stir into chicken mixture.

7Heat through, but do not boil.

8Serve with dumplings (or rice).
