  • 1 c. vinegar (pickling)
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • garlic cloves
  • hot pepper pods
  • dill
  • pickling cucumbers

Directions

    Put garlic, hot pepper pod and dill in jars.

    Then fill quart jars with cucumbers.

    Mix vinegar, salt and water.

    Then pour brine to 1 inch of top.

    Seal jars completely.

    Bake in a 350° oven until the pickles turn a pale green.
