- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
- 2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until transparent.

2Add salt and paprika; add cut up chicken and mix to coat chicken.

3Add water to cover chicken; boil until chicken is tender.

4Skim fat, then thicken gravy with flour.

5Add sour cream, making sure not to overboil; simmer until sour cream is well dissolved into the gravy.
