- 3 whole chicken breasts, halved
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. sour cream, mixed with 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Place chicken in crock-pot.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Mix wine and soup.

4Pour over chicken.

5Add mushrooms.

6Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low.

7Remove chicken to a warm serving platter; stir in sour cream mixture and allow to heat for about 30 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken with rice or noodles.
