  • 6 medium, boned chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry or white wine
  • paprika

    Prepare 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Lay washed chicken flat in pan.

    Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and wine until blended and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
