- 6 medium, boned chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry or white wine
- paprika
Directions

1Prepare 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Lay washed chicken flat in pan.

3Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and wine until blended and pour over chicken.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours.

6Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
