Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes or regular stewed
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • sprinkle of sugar

Directions

    Place chicken in baking dish and cover with foil and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Drain juice.

    Combine in saucepan stewed tomatoes, sauce, oregano, flour and cheese and cook until sauce fairly thickens.

    Pour over chicken and bake 10 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
