  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 28 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Bake covered 15 minutes.

    In a sauce pan over medium high heat combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and garlic.

    Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.

    Pour over chicken; top with cheese.

    Bake for 5 minutes uncovered.
