- 2 lb. pork steak
- 2 lb. beef round steak
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, halved
Directions

1Make 2 servings of each pork steak by cutting along one side of the bone.

2Trim away excess fat.

3Trim the round steak of skin and fibrous material.

4Cut into serving-size portions and tenderize with meat mallet on both sides.

5In plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.

6Shake pieces of meat to coat and brown in hot oil.
