- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. chicken and fish seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3Dip washed chicken into the melted butter.

4Combine cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.

5Coat chicken with the seasoning mixture.

6Place in pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

7Do not cover.
