  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. chicken and fish seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Dip washed chicken into the melted butter.

    Combine cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.

    Coat chicken with the seasoning mixture.

    Place in pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
