- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 Tbsp. diet margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. skim milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. herbed poultry stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is best)
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions until just barely tender.

2Drain well and place in oiled (vegetable) 2-quart casserole.

3Melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine in a saucepan. Stir in the flour, cook briefly, and then add the milk.

4Add the chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

5Set aside.

6Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of margarine in the 2/3 cup of water.

7Mix with the herb dressing and walnuts.

8Pour the chicken broth sauce over the broccoli, sprinkle evenly with walnut mixture and bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until crusty on top.
