- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Italian-style bread crumbs (Progresso)
- olive oil
- 1 (24 oz.) tomato sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Dip chicken in beaten eggs.

2Roll in bread crumbs and brown in olive oil.

3Place chicken in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

5If desired, may sprinkle with sauteed mushrooms.
