  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Italian-style bread crumbs (Progresso)
  • olive oil
  • 1 (24 oz.) tomato sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Dip chicken in beaten eggs.

    Roll in bread crumbs and brown in olive oil.

    Place chicken in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    If desired, may sprinkle with sauteed mushrooms.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
