- Flour
- Corn Starch
- Bread Crumbs
- jar of marinara sauce
- 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp dried italian seasoning
- Parmesian
- mozarella
- pasta
Directions

11) simmer together the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, olive oil and whole garlic. for an hour or more.

33) thaw and pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness
