- 4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of onion salt
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Dip chicken in egg, then crumbs.

2Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Turn chicken; bake 15 minutes more or until tender.

3Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and onion salt.

4Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

5Pour sauce over meat.

6Top with cheese.

7Return to oven to melt cheese.
