Ingredients
- 6 oz. rotini
- 3 c. cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet with sesame seed and almonds until almonds are brown.

2Cool.

3Add the rest of the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over cooked noodles and chicken.

5Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

6Add greens just before serving.
