- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 34 cup pecans, chopped
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 13 cup canola oil (or your choice)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine flour, 1C cheese, pecans & paprika in a bowl and mix throughly.

3Add oil and stir until mix is crumbly.

4Reserve 1/4 C of the crumb mix.

5Press the remaining crumbs into the sides and bottom of a pie plate.

6pick the bottom with a fork and bake 10 minute.

7Remove and reduce oven to 325.

8whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, broth and eggs in a bowl until blended.

9Stir in chicken and 1/2 c cheese and onion.

10Spoon mix into the baked crust.

11Sprinkle the top with reserved crumb mix.

12Top with pecans and bake 45 minutes.
