- 1 lb diced boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 each sliced green and red peppers
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 packages shredded mozzarella or sliced provolone cheese
- 1 packages sliced long ways, ciabatta rolls
- 1 pinch season salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions

1In a skillet, saute vegetables in some butter until al dente & set aside.

2Next, do the same with chicken and seasonings with olive oil instead of butter until done.

3Spread butter on tops & bottoms of ciabatta rolls.

4Then, place tops of ciabatta face down & bottoms upright.

5Place chicken, vegetable mix, & then cheese on top of bottom pieces of bread.

6Bake until cheese melts & bread slightly crispy.

7Serve with chips or by itself.
