  • 1 lb. chicken breast (boneless)
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells

    Cook in water to cover until tender; drain.

    Cut up cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.

    In another bowl, combine soup and vegetables.
