- 1 large fryer, boiled and boned
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped potatoes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oleo
Directions

1Saute vegetables with oleo.

2When tender, add flour, chicken broth and milk.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Stir until it boils. Add chicken and pour into large greased pan.

5Make biscuit dumplings and put biscuits around edges of pan.

6Brush with butter.

7Bake in a 350° oven until biscuits are golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
