- 2 deep dish pie crusts
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. boiled or steamed chicken, diced
- vegetables (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan. Add diced onion.

2Saute 1 minute. Add Bisquick and pepper.

3Cook over medium heat until bubbly.

4Add milk and chicken broth until desired thickness.

5Cook and stir until thick and boils.

6Boil 1 minute.

7Reduce heat to low.

8Add chicken and vegetables.

9Heat until both are warm.

10Pour into pie crust.

11Top with second pie crust.

12Cut slits in top crust.

13Cook at 400° for 25 minutes.
