- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Boil chicken in water until tender.

3Cut chicken in bite-size pieces and place in 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

4In medium-size pot, bring to boil chicken broth and soup.

5Pour over chicken.

6In another bowl, combine margarine, flour, salt, pepper and buttermilk.

7Mix to form batter; spoon over chicken.

8Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
