- 1 (3 lb.) whole fryer, boiled and cut into chunks
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth (use broth from boiled chicken; measure in soup can)
- 3 small potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Cook vegetables until tender; drain.

2Combine vegetables with chicken, soups, broth and peas.

3Pour into a greased 13 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Combine flour, milk and butter.

5Pour over other ingredients.

6Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
