  • 1 chicken
  • 2 cans Veg-All
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (mushroom, celery, etc.)
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    In a 9 x 12-inch or 11 x 13-inch casserole dish, mix the soup with both cans of Veg-All (drain liquid from 1 can) and add the chicken.

    Spread evenly.

    In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and butter.

    Pour batter over top.

    Bake at 350° until batter is set (approximately 35 minutes).

    Dot top with butter during the last few minutes for a nice, golden crust.
