  • 4 boiled chicken breasts, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Add sliced boiled eggs over this. Mix chicken broth, chicken soup and Veg-All (drained) and pour over chicken. Melt butter and mix flour and milk. Pour over chicken and vegetable mixture. Bake at 375° until crust is brown.

    Batter will form its own crust.
