  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Combine soup and broth in saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil chicken until tender. Place chicken in casserole dish, then pour broth mixture on top. Combine flour, salt, pepper, margarine and buttermilk; mix until smooth. Spoon batter over chicken and broth. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
