- 1 large fryer or hen, boiled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Remove chicken from bone and cut into bite-size pieces; place in a well-greased casserole dish.

2Sprinkle chopped onion and celery over chicken.

3Mix soup, 1 stick of melted margarine and 1 cup self-rising flour into a smooth paste; then add 1 cup of milk and mix well.

4Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
